Our catalogue holds 122 models and this section has 15. The gap is deliberate: a model only gets a page if we can write something about it that wouldn’t read the same for the model next to it.

In practice that comes down to two cases. Either it has a publicly documented design fault, almost always with an Apple service programme behind it. Or repairing it carries a real quirk — soldered storage, memory inside the chip, glass that can be swapped without touching the panel — that alters what we can tell you when you bring it in.

Every claim on these pages can be checked, and every page links to its source. What you won’t find is a price or a turnaround time: that depends on the actual condition of your device, and we give you a fixed one after we’ve seen it, not before.

That’s fine: we still repair it. No page just means it’s repaired the same way as the rest of its generation, and everything worth knowing is on its family page.

Publishing a hundred identical pages with the model name swapped would be easier and would work worse, for you and for us. We’d rather have fifteen pages that say something.
